On Wednesday 14th April just a few minutes after 6 p.m., a white limousine carrying La Toya Jackson arrived at Tigne Point, Sliema. Dressed in a black suit, Michael Jackson’s sister walked up the Belvedere on to Pjazza Tigne and into The Point, where she was greeted by hundreds of fans. La Toya spent around two hours signing autographs for the fans who had been informed about her visit through the media and facebook.  She was impressed by the mall, and the friendliness of the people she met whilst in Malta.

La Toya, who recently claimed that her brother’s death was “a conspiracy”, was visiting the island to collect a lifetime achievement award on his behalf.
