Sliema Wanderes’ new football ground, indoor five-a-side pitches and extensive training facilities at Tigné Point are now nearing completion. Beneath these is The Point, Malta’s largest shopping centre which is now over 90% pre-let and on course for a spring 2010 opening. Both overlook the car-free Pjazza Tigné which is also scheduled to open to the public next spring.
