Midi p.l.c. is offering to the public the equivalent of €30 million aggregate principal amount of Bonds due 2016-2018 at the rate of 7% in either or each of two issues denominated in Euro and Pound Sterling of a nominal value of €100 and £100 respectively per Bond at par. In the event of over-subscription, the Issuer may increase the issue of Bonds by the equivalent of an additional €10 million in either or a combination of the EUR Bonds and the GBP Bonds. Applications for the Bonds may be made for a minimum of €2,500 in the EUR Bonds and for a minimum of £2,000 in the GBP Bonds.
