| | The two main residential branches of the project, Tigné North and South, converge upon Pjazza Tigné. Inspired by the busy atmosphere typical of Malta's many picturesque town squares, the pjazza forms the project's natural hub, bringing together a wide-ranging assortment of exclusive shops, cafés and bars. Elsewhere, health and well-being facilities, restaurants, a clubhouse, and a shoreline swimming pool can all be enjoyed at Tigné Point.
| | | Close proximity to one of Malta's most popular bathing spots guarantees a wide range of water sports within easy distance. Wartime wrecks such as the HMS Maori, just outside the Grand Harbour, offer spectacular backdrops for diving in the clearest waters of the Mediterranean. Water-skiing, windsurfing, paragliding and other water sports are also available off Tigné's northern foreshore, while Tigné South will offer fair-weather berthing facilities for boats and visiting yachts.
