Tigné Point is situated on the north-east coast of the island of Malta, across the harbour from the World Heritage fortified City of Valletta, the island's capital. It is a modern business, conference, recreational and residential center in an absolutely prime location. This extensive development is the largest urban project in Malta since the building of Valletta itself, representing the creation of a distinct and vibrant new urban district.

Structured around the historic Garden Battery, a fortified route linking Fort Tigné at the tip of the peninsula to Cambridge Battery further along the coast, Tigné North is more commercial part of the Tigné Point development and also its most dynamic quarter, both spatially and architecturally, and also in terms of movement and massing.

Tigné North will house a number of retail and catering outlets, over 15,000 square metres of prime office space, with an ancillary Business Centre and Theatre, and further residential development.

These, together with the residential developments in Tigné South, are complemented by "The Point" retail mall which includes a supermarket and possible cinema, extensive underground parking and further leisure facilities.

The southern half of the Tigné Point peninsula accommodates a number of luxury residential buildings facing the harbour. These form two sides of Pjazza Tigné, the heart of the Tigné Point development and Malta's only pedestrian public square.
