The apartments are intended to bring an altogether new concept in urban living to Malta. Taking the cue from Tigné's overwhelming sense of space and natural light, the project's architects and urban engineers have created a unique combination of versatility and practicality. Natural materials are used to create a seamless transition from the splendour and tranquillity of the exterior setting.


Sensitive to modern trends in lifestyle, the apartments have been designed to include a number of thoughtful and practical features, including kitchen larders, laundry rooms and drying balconies. Utility rooms and optional further basement storage facilities help to keep the main living spaces streamlined and free from clutter. For their part, the floors are finished in sleek ceramics or specially developed terrazzo tiles in a sophisticated palette of neutral colours.
